We offer 2 packages to best suit your needs:

Full Management Package

This package takes control of the day to day tasks and all compliance checks that are legally required. Our full management package includes:

  • Rental valuation
  • Advertisement of your property on Rightmove and our website
  • Interviewing of prospective tenants
  • Accompanied viewings
  • ID checks
  • Tenant Right to Rent checks
  • Money Laundering Checks
  • Tenant Deposit management through the DPS scheme
  • Checking tenants into and out of properties
  • Rent Collection
  • Arranging of Gas & Electricity Certificates as legally required
  • EPC – Energy Performance Certificates as required
  • Carrying out property inspections as requested
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors*
  • Being on call 24/7 for emergencies
  • Prompt processing of rental payments
  • Dealing with any issues at end of tenancy

^ If a landlord has two or more properties, we can negotiate a discounted rate.

*Contractors 

At Scott Owen, we utilise contractors that we have worked with long term, and that are trusted to carry out any necessary repairs and maintenance to your property. However, if you choose to nominate your own contractor, then we are more than happy to co-ordinate this on your behalf

If you like the independence of self-management and want to save on costs, then this service is ideal for you.  

We can advertise your property and find your tenants, sort out all the checks and compliance, and then get them moved in for you.  

You would then take over the ongoing day to day management.
