We currently manage a number of residential blocks
of flats and the volume has grown from year to year. All our clients
have come to us through recommendation which is testament to the
service that we offer.
Our Block Management role encompasses all the responsibilities in
running efficient and well maintained sites. We strive to ensure
that residents feel that their location is looked after to the highest
standard.
We charge very competitive management fees based on the number of
properties within the site. Quotes are available on request.
The service we provide offers you:
- Management of regular maintenance and services.
- Arranging any necessary repairs using experienced and reliable
contractors.
- Dealing with any resident queries, disputes or site issues which
may arise from time to time.
- Ensuring that tenants in rented properties comply with the terms
in the site lease.
- Budgeting and management of all expenses.
- Keeping full records to support annual accounts.
- Submitting records to the designated accountant to finalise the
annual accounts.
- Inviting all residents to and chairing the Annual General Meeting
(AGM).
- Supplying all residents with AGM minutes and a full set of annual
accounts.
- Overall contact for the site including acting as Director or Company
Secretary where necessary.
When you come to sell we will:
Handle solicitor queries & questionnaires in connection with
your lease.
Issue new share certificates.
These services are not included under the Block’s Management
Fees and will be invoiced separately.
